Investment Policy


The Sub Bualuang Fund is a medium to long term investment in undervalued stocks and/or stocks of companies with steady earnings and good prospects. At least 65% of the fund, NAV, will be invested in equities while the rest will be invested in debt instruments, deposits, or other financial assets, as approved by the SEC. 

Registered Size :

5,000 Million Bt

Minimum Investment :

1,000Bt to open an account and 1,000Bt per order thereafter

Front-end Fee :

The fee is exempted until further notice

Redemption Fee :

1.0% of the Net Asset Value with a 50Bt minimum

Dividend Policy :

No dividend will be paid

Management Fee :

1.5% per annum of the Net Asset Value of the fund
