Investment Policy


The Bualuang Equity 25% Retirement Mutual Fund will be diversified and invested in average of not less than 75% of the fund's net asset value in accounting year in debt instruments, deposits, or other financial assets. The remaining will invests in shares of listed companies that demonstrate strong business fundamental and high potential for return, not more than 25% of the net asset value.

The fund will not invest in derivatives and structured notes.

Registered Capital:

5 billion Bt

Minimum Investment:

5,000 Bt for initial purchase and 500 Bt for each subsequent purchase

Front-end Fee:
No charge for the initial offering period

Redemption Fee:

-  Units obtained less than and up to one year, fee equals 1.0% of the redemption amount (50 Bt minimum)
-  Units obtained more than one year, fee equals 50 Bt per trade

Dividend Policy:

No dividend policy

Management Fee:

1.25% per annum of the Net Asset Value of the fund
