***Customers who apply for the Home 1st credit protection insurance for at least 10 years or over their
mortgage period will receive a 0.25% discount per annum off the interest rate for the first year.
**Bangkok Bank's MLR presently is 6.00% as of July 19, 2010.



*The interest rate stated-above is applicable to any applicant who submits a loan
application, together with all the required documents, during the period starting from 
July 1, 2010 until (a) September 30, 2010, or (b) The Bank changes the notified interest
rate applicable to the loan; whichever comes earlier.

Provided that the applicant must sign the loan agreement within one month of the date
from when the loan was approved, register the mortgage and make a withdrawal
(first installment or the total credit line) within two months of signing the loan agreement.
