The Bank Branch
You can start saving time and money with Bualaung Direct Debit. Apply for Bualuang Direct Debit service at any Bangkok Bank branch (no application fees). If you have a savings or current account with Bangkok Bank, all you need to do is:
- Pick up a direct debit form* at any Bangkok Bank branch, or participating shops and outlets
- Complete the form and attach the bills you wish to pay
- Submit all your documents at our branch, via mail or at the selected shops and outlets that accept Bualaung Direct Debit
*Debit forms for utilities vary depending on the organization.
Bualuang iBanking
Alternatively, you are able to register for Bualuang Direct Debit Service via Bualuang iBanking. You can authorize companies that send you bills to deduct funds from your account automatically to pay for goods and services. The company will still continue to send a bill to you each month, but rather than having to make the payment yourself, it will be deducted automatically.
To make Bualuang Direct Debit registration, please select 'Register Direct Debit' from the 'Payments' page. Before we process your request we will send a One Time Password via SMS to the mobile phone number that you have pre-registered with Bualuang iBanking. You will need this password to activate your online request to register the Bualuang Direct Debit Service. For more details, click here.
