To pay your bills, just dial Bualuang Phone on 1333 for Thailand or (66) 0-2645-5555 if you are overseas.

- Check your invoice to see if you can pay through our Bualuang Phone service and make sure it is not overdue.
- Have your Bualuang ATM/Premier card or Be1st debit card with you so you can give your account number and PIN number.
- Have your invoices with you because they have the customer reference number, tax ID number or 5-digit company code and the amount that you need to pay.
- Dial our Bualuang Phone on 1333 or (66) 0-2645-5555 and select either the Thai or English language automated voice prompts.
- Key-in your card number and PIN number.
- Choose '1' to make your transaction using self-service.
- Key-in the customer reference number, taxpayer number or 5-digit company code and the payment amount as indicated on your invoice or give this information to our customer relationship officer.
- The system will repeat to you the details of your transaction and ask you to confirm the transaction.
- The payment will be directly deducted from your account and immediately paid to the company.
- After you have finished making the transaction, the system will tell you the remaining balance in your account.
