Preserving Our Culture |

Bangkok Bank has a long tradition of helping to preserve Thai music and arts, particularly painting and the performing arts. For more than 25 years we have helped to organize numerous public events that highlight Thai culture. Our Musical Arts Centre is a treasure house of culture which is preserving traditions for the benefit of today and future generations. |

- Exhibitions
They are temporarily closed for renovations. Shows and exhibitions include the award-winning paintings from our latest competition.
- Library
The library is now reopened for service.
- Audio materials
Tapes, video, slides, and collections of art & musical performances are available for borrowing and copying. To read more about the Musical Art Centre services, click here.
- Thai Traditional Music Club
- Art & Music Performances: Bangkok Bank will stage traditional Thai plays and performances such as Likay (folk stage drama), Khon (classical drama) and Plang (traditional Thai concerts), along with other special art & music events. The dates and venues will be announced in the newspaper and on the website.
- Thai Classical Music Competition: Since 1986 up to now, our Music Art Centre has organized the annual Pra Long Plang Pra Lang Mahori (Thai Classical Music Competition) under the initiative of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.
- Art & Music Performances
Thai traditional art performances are moving locations and the timetable will be posted soon. The performances including Likay, (folk stage drama) and Khon (classical drama) Plang (traditional Thai concert) will be in a theater near you soon.
