Bangkok Bank's Bill Collector service is a convenient and efficient way to collect payments from customers in the provinces.
 
 
Our convenient Bill Payment service makes it easy for your customers to pay - at their own convenience - in the branch, over the phone or the Internet, through  an ATM, or an Electronic Drop Box.

The Bills for Collection service is an easy way to collect and track payments from off-clearing cheques paid to you from anywhere in the country. With our daily transaction reports, you can keep track of payments efficiently and with ease.


Express Collection

Collection Reports
Our Express Collection service provides you with fast-track clearance for cheques that fall outside the regular clearing zone and credits your account promptly. Daily statements are sent to you so you can easily track the status of your cheques.
No matter how your customers choose to make payments, you will receive a full report itemizing the collection results. The report will tell you which customers have paid and which haven't and where the payments were made.
 
They are available electronically if you choose to connect to our on-line banking system. Otherwise, hard-copy reports can be obtained from your home branch.
