Receive payments from your customers quickly and easily
Our extensive networks and payment channels provide   your customers with the maximum in convenience.

Our convenient Bill Payment service makes it easy for your customers to pay on time. They can take a pay-in slip to a Bangkok Bank branch and pay your company by cheque or in cash at the counter. They can also pay through our self-service payment channels such as ATM, Bualuang Phone, Bualuang iBanking or Electronic Drop Box.

Who can get the service?
Any company with customers in Thailand. However, you will find the service most useful if you have a large number of retail customers who pay for their services or products on a regular basis. Such businesses include: fitness centers, educational institutions, insurance companies, hire-purchase companies, securities companies, pager service provider, Internet service provider, and mobile-phone service provider.

How does it work?
Every time someone pays your company using one of our payment channels, the money will be transferred to your company's account. At the end of the day, all payments from your customers are totaled up and transferred into your company's account.

How will I know what payments I have received?
With our Bill Payment software, you can connect to our on-line banking service and download electronic reports which you can print out and keep as a reference. Otherwise, you can obtain hard-copy reports from your home branch the next working day.

How do I sign up?
Simply go to your home branch or any of our Business Centers and fill in the application form. If you want your customers to pay directly at our branches or through an Electronic Drop Box, you will have to prepare a pay-in slip for them. Our friendly marketing staff are happy to give you a guide on how to prepare this. We can get the service ready for you in seven days.

Who can pay me?
Any individual or a company.  Only some payment channels such as Bualuang Phone and Bualuang iBanking require that payers have a Bangkok Bank account.

No limit on payments
There's no limit on the amount of money you can receive from a single customer through our Bill Payment service.
