Getting paid on time every month
Through our Direct Debit service, you can receive payments from your customers on time every month.

What is Direct Debit?
Direct Debit is an agreement to let the bank deduct money from your customer's account at a fixed date on a regular basis - usually monthly - and then transfer the amount to your own account.

Getting started
First, prepare agreements for your customers to sign, giving their permission to have their accounts deducted on fixed payment date every month. Our marketing staff can give you a guide on how to prepare such agreements.
 
The deduction can be for a fixed or variable amount, depending on the kind of service you provide. Every month your customers will receive an invoice from your company informing them about their monthly bill and the required payment. Funds will be deducted from their accounts on the agreed payment date and transferred to your company's account on the same day.

How do I check who has paid?
All collections - successful or unsuccessful - will be itemized on the report we prepare for you. Collection results can be obtained electronically on the payment date if you subscribe to our online banking service. Otherwise, you can receive a hard-copy showing the collection results which you may pick up at your home branch on the next working day.

Is Direct Debit right for me?
Our Direct Debit service is most useful for companies that receive payments on a regular basis from individuals or other companies. Such businesses include: securities companies, insurance companies, sport clubs, fitness centers, hire-purchase companies, mobile-phone service providers, and credit-card companies.

When will the service be ready?
It depends on how soon we receive payment agreements from your customers. Once we have your documents and their written permission we can get the service ready for you in one to two weeks.
