You can manage your business accounts easily by picking up the phone and dialing (66) 0-2645-6666 (Bangkok and its surrounding provinces only) and 1333 (other provinces). The voice prompts will guide you through the menu until you get to the service you need. You can also switch to a live operator at any time during a transaction to ask for assistance or to make enquiries (Bangkok area only). Because the transactions are conducted through your fax phone, a receipt will be generated and faxed through to you for easy account reconciliation and peace of mind.
The service is protected with a user ID and a password. The latter can be changed at a moment's notice. |
