Bond-Holders Representative
As a bond-holder representative we act in a number of ways for companies: 
  • Safeguarding the benefits of the holders as defined by the issuers
  • Safekeeping assets and letters of guarantee

  • Acting as registrar and safekeeper of the bondholders list
  • Setting up bondholders meetings
Registrar
The Bank is also involved in providing Registrar services for companies to protect shareholders interests by helping with the following:
  • Bangkok Bank acts as a book-keeper for the shareholders list
  • We register securities and open-ended funds
