Call Bangkok Bank's Bualuang Phone service on 1333 or (66) 0-2645-5555 to cancel your card as soon as possible.
Bring a copy of the police report along with your citizen ID card and passbook to the Bangkok Bank branch where your card was first issued. Your card will be ready for you to collect in 10 working days.
3. How can I get my Be 1st card back if it is retained by an ATM?
For security reasons all debit and credit cards that have been retained by ATMs are destroyed, however as an extra measure you should call Bangkok Bank's Bualuang Phone service on 1333 or (66) 0-2645-5555 to cancel your card as soon as possible. Please contact the Bangkok Bank branch where your card was first issued to have your card reissued.

Sorry, no one knows your Be 1st PIN except you - this ensures that your accounts remain totally secure. You need to cancel your card through Bualuang Phone or at the branch where your card was issued. You can also reapply for a new card and PIN at the Bangkok Bank branch where your card was first issued as well.
If your card is damaged or you want to modify your personal information on the card, simply take it along with your citizen ID card and passbook to the Bangkok Bank branch where your card was first issued. Your debit card will take about 10 working days to replace.
