1. My Bualuang ATM card has been lost or stolen. What should I do?

Call Bangkok Bank's Bualuang Phone service on 1333 or (66) 0-2645-5555 to cancel your card as soon as possible.

Simply take your citizen ID card to any Bangkok Bank branch to apply for your new card. You will be required to verify your PIN and your new card will be issued while you wait.

3. How can I get my Bualuang ATM card back if the machine retained it?

The most secure way is to call Bangkok Bank's Bualuang Phone service on 1333 or (66) 0-2645-5555 to cancel your card and then drop into any branch to have it reissued while you wait. Alternatively you can wait (up to two weeks) for the card to be returned to your home branch.

5. I forgot my PIN. Can you find my number?

Sorry, no one knows your Bualuang Premier PIN except you - this ensures that your accounts remain totally secure. You need to cancel your card through the Bualuang Phone service and reapply for a new card and PIN at any Bangkok Bank branch.

6. My card is damaged. Can you issue me with a replacement card?

If your card is damaged, simply take it along with your citizen ID card to any Bangkok Bank branch to have it reissued on the spot.

7. Do I have to pay to have my new card reissued?

You only pay for the production of the new card which is 50 Bt if you have it reissued at your home branch. At other branches a 30 Bt surcharge applies.
