Remark Our branches at the Emporium, Seacon Square, The Mall Bangkae and The Mall Bangkapi open from 11.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. daily.
Microbranches open every day from 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m., and you can use Express Banking machines until the venue closes, usually at 10.00 p.m. At department stores our microbranches open Monday-Friday from 11.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m., and Saturday-Sunday from 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
ATMs are open 24 hours a day.
Commercial banks in Thailand are closed for bank holidays.
Documents that you should bring with you when you go to a bank branch are your citizen ID card, or passport and work permit (for expatriates), and passbook. When you apply for a credit card or loan, you will be asked to present your house registration, proof of income and your financial statements from the previous six months.
If you want to save time, we recommend choosing quieter times of the week to do your banking. Fridays and Monday's are normally busy, as are the days after public holidays and the end of the month. Wednesdays are usually the quietest days in the Bank branches.
