We use leading edge technology to make Bualuang iPay one of the most secure systems available.

Our system has an extremely high level of reliability and it can handle a huge peak hour volume.



	Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
	SSL encrypts any data that comes from you to the Bank and from the Bank to you into numerical coding. This encryption process ensures that the data remains secure.


	128-Bit Encryption
	The higher the level of encryption, the stronger the security. We use a 128-bit algorithm, which is the highest level of encryption currently available for use in the world’s banking industry.

	Firewall
	A firewall is software that acts as a security guard to keep any intruders out of the door. We use several levels of firewall to protect our system and your data.

	Intrusion Detection Software
	We have installed intrusion detection software, so we are immediately alerted if any suspicious activities occur.

	Automatic Sign-Off
	If you leave your computer screen idle, you will be signed off from our service automatically. This feature prevents anyone from using your account while you are away from the computer.

Phishing is a type of Internet piracy that is used by a hacker to expose sensitive information such as a password, credit card number or banking information to make use of such information for cash withdrawals, credit card mail orders, etc. Phishers send fake e-mails, pop-up messages, or questionnaires that claim to be from banks, businesses or other reputable organizations that you deal with. Please be advised that Bangkok Bank will never send an e-mail requesting you to update your particulars or to validate your personal information via email.
