Bualuang iPay is a new service provided by Bangkok Bank that uses Verified by Visa to offer additional security and confidence for customers using their Visa credit card or Be1st card to shop online.

Verified by Visa provides an extra level of security by using a password inquiry system that reduces the risk of someone else fraudulently using your card to make purchases online, and gives you the confidence that the online shop you are purchasing from is authorized by Visa International.

• Any Bangkok Bank Visa credit card or Be1st card holder can register for Verified by Visa.
• If you are a credit card holder, you can register online using the put link here on this site. If you are a Be1st card holder, you will need to first register via ATM (unavailable) or Bualuang Phone 1333 where you will be asked to create your own 8-digit registration number. Once you have this number you can register online in the same way as credit card holders using the link on this site.
• Upon registration you will be asked to provide personal information which will be used to identify you when making future transactions. You will be provided with a password and a Personal Assurance Message (PAM).
• Verified by Visa can be used at any online shop that bears the Verified by Visa logo. You will be asked to provide the Verified by Visa password together with your credit card number or Be1st card number.
• Your PAM will appear on screen when you are shopping at an authorized online shop.
• If the PAM shown on screen is different from the PAM you specified during registration, that may mean this merchant is not authorized by Visa International, or that the authentication system is experiencing some problems. If this occurs, you should cancel the purchasing process immediately.
