Lost, Stolen, Damaged Credit Cards
If your credit card is lost or stolen, then it is possible for someone to gain unauthorized access to your funds.  For your own protection you need to contact the Bank as soon as you can.
 
 
  1. My credit card has been lost, stolen or damaged. What should I do?

Call Bangkok Bank's Bualuang Phone service on 1333 or (66) 0-2645-5555 to cancel your card as soon as possible. You can also call our Authorization Section on (66) 0-2638-4999 to cancel your card and obtain advice on how to receive a new card.
 
After calling our Cardmember Service Center, you will need to report the loss or theft to the police. Keep a copy of the police report, and wait until you receive a letter from Bangkok Bank confirming that you can pick up your card from the branch you designated. Then please bring your identification card, the police report, and the letter to the branch to pick up your new credit card within 10 working days. A new ATM PIN will be posted to you after you have received the card.
 
Please call our Bualuang Phone service 1333 or 66-2645-5555  or Authorization Section on 66-2638-4999 to cancel the card and arrange for the reissue of a new card when you return to Thailand.
 
Any credit cards found in ATMs will be cut into pieces for security reasons. Call Bangkok Bank's Bualuang Phone service on 1333 or (66) 0-2645-5555, or Authorization Section on 0-2638-4999, and wait until you receive a letter from Bangkok Bank confirming that you can pick up your new card from the branch you designated.
 
Please visit your nearest Bangkok Bank branch and our staff will take you through the process. Your new PIN will be mailed to you within a week.
 
If your card is damaged, simply take the card along with your identification to the Bangkok Bank branch nearest to you.  About seven days after that you will receive a letter from Bangkok Bank confirming that you can pick up your replacement card from the branch you designated.
 
You will pay only for the production cost of the new card which is 200Bt.
