	Bualuang Long-Term Equity Fund

	Bualuang Long-Term Equity Fund (B-LTF) is a product designed to promote long-term investment in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. B-LTF policy is to invest in the listed companies which have strong fundamental and high potential for returns. B-LTF investors may also gain tax benefits by using their annual invested amount as the deduction from their assessable income. This tax benefit of B-LTF is allowed until the tax year of 2016. With regard to the restriction of SEC, B-LTF can be redeemed only twice a year: between February 1 to February 15 and between August 1 to August 15.

Registered Size :	2,000 Million Bt
Minimum Investment :	5,000 Bt for initial purchase and 500 Bt for each subsequent purchase
Front-end Fee :	The fee is exempt until further notice
Redemption Fee :	1% of the Net Asset Value (minimum 50 Bt) for the holder of 1 year or less 50 baht per transaction if holding the unit for more than 1 year
Dividend Policy :	No dividend will be paid. Profit will be added into the investments to generate more return.
Management Fee :	1.5% per annum of the Net Asset Value of the fund

Registrar :	Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited
