Bualuang Flexible Retirement Mutual Fund
Investment Policy

The Bualuang Flexible Mutual Fund is a type of retirement mutual fund suitable for long-term investment. 0-100% of the fund's NAV, will be diversified and invested in hybrid debt-equity instruments, debt instruments, deposits, or other financial assets. Its equity investments are made in stocks with growth prospects or good fundamental stocks that provide dividends or profits from capital gains.
Registered Size : 5 billion Bt
Minimum Investment : 5,000 Bt for initial purchase and 500 Bt for each subsequent purchase
Front-end Fee :
No charge for the initial offering period
Redemption Fee :

Units obtained less than, and up to one year, fee equals 1.0% of the Net Asset Value with a 50 Bt minimum

Units obtained more than one year, fee equals 50 Bt per trade

Dividend Policy : No dividend will be paid.
Management Fee : 1.5% per annum of the Net Asset Value of the fund
