Bangkok Bank’s Bualuang Home Loan for judges and state prosecutors extends the maximum age for loan repayment to 65 years of age, up from the usual 60 years of age, allowing for longer repayment terms.
We also offer a range of reduced interest rate options and after the first three years the floating interest rate is MLR – 0.75% for the remaining borrowing years.
You can also borrow up to 100% of the property’s appraised value.
