For faster and more efficient service, bring the relevant documents with you when you apply for a loan at your branch.
Every Applicant
Employees
ID card/government official ID card
Housing registration record
Marriage certificate/ divorce certificate/death certificate of spouse (if available)/changed name/surname certificate
A letter of earnings from your employer
Salary slips (if available)or
Payroll account records
Business Owners
Financial Status
Business registration certificate, stocks certificate and a memorandum and article of association
Working capital account (i.e. savings, current, overdraft) over the past six months, financial statements over the past three years
A copy of annual income tax records, VAT records
Bank account activity over the past six months or
Proof of other property assets (movable and immovable) i.e. car license, land deed etc. or
Other financial ownership (i.e. bonds or stocks certificate etc.)
Collateral
Current Debt (if any)
Land deed
A settlement agreement
Down payment slips
Loan/lease contract
Mortgage contract
Payment slips from previous six months
Refinancing
Redecoration, Renovation or Construction
Mortgage contract
Loan contract
Payment slips from previous six months
A copy of land deed (the same size as that of the original one)
Construction permit
Blueprints
A contract between contractor and applicant
