Special Interest Rate from each housing project.


***Customers who apply for the Home 1st credit protection insurance for at least 10 years or over their
mortgage period will receive a 0.25% discount per annum off the interest rate for the first year.
**Bangkok Bank's MLR presently is 5.875% as of May 21, 2009.

 

* The interest rate stated-above is applicable to the applicant who submits the loan
application together with all the required documents during the period starting from 
April 1, 2009 until (a) June 30, 2009, or (b) The Bank changes the interest
rate applicable to the loan as annouced by the Bank; whichever comes earlier.

Provided that the applicant shall register the mortgage and make a withdrawal
within 2 months from the date the applicant submits the loan application.
