Funds equivalent to the salaries you wish to pay plus our bank fee will be deducted from your company's current or savings account. The funds will be credited to staff accounts on the date you have specified in the payment instructions. You may give us instructions in either of these two convenient ways:
- You can use our free payroll software to key-in the instructions and send them directly to our online system.
- You can use the software to record the instructions, save them in a diskette, and hand it to your home branch for processing.
You can also write your own payment software as long as its file layout is similar to ours.
How do my staff get paid?
You select the date and time when you wish your staff to receive the payments and you can schedule the payments in advance or make a real-time payment.
Given our extensive network of approximately 7,600 ATMs and cash deposit machines and approximately 1,000 branches nationwide, your staff can access to their salaries quickly and easily.
The online service is protected with a PIN number and password which can be changed by you at a moment's notice. You will receive a confirmation when the payment has gone through. If you choose to record your instructions in a diskette and give it to us for processing, you will receive the confirmation on the next working day. Only authorized people at your company can approve payment instructions.
