Quick and easy withdrawal

Your Be1st Visa Debit card can be used just like an ATM card. You can withdraw cash or use it to make a transaction at a Bangkok Bank Bualuang ATM or other ATM participating in the ATM Pool in Thailand. You can also withdraw cash from any ATM anywhere in the world where you see the PLUS or VISA logo.

When making payments or withdrawing cash overseas with your Be1st Visa Debit card, the amount will be converted to Thai Baht based on Visa's normal exchange rates with a conversion charge added which will not exceed 2.5% of the exchange rate applied. Cash withdrawals will be charged a flat fee of 100Bt.

If you already have a Bangkok Bank savings or current account, you can easily apply for a Be1st Visa Debit card by taking your passbook and your ID card or passport (if you are an expatriate) to any Bangkok Bank branch. You will be issued with a Be1st Visa Debit card on the spot and asked to key in a 4-digit PIN.

  • Joining fee: 100Bt
  • Annual fee: 200Bt
  • Monthly statement fee: 200Bt per year

  1. My Be1st Visa Debit card has been lost or stolen. What should I do?
    Call Bangkok Bank's Bualuang Phone 1333 to cancel your card as soon as possible.
  2. How can I get my card reissued?
    Contact any Bangkok Bank branch in the same province as your home branch and you will have your card reissued on the spot.
  3. How can I get my Be1st Visa Debit card back if it is retained by an ATM?
    For security reasons all debit and credit cards that have been retained by ATMs are destroyed, however as an extra measure you should call Bangkok Bank's Bualuang Phone 1333 to cancel your card as soon as possible. Please contact any Bangkok Bank branch in the same province as your home branch to have your debit card reissued.
  4. Where is the nearest Bangkok Bank ATM?

  5. I have forgotten my PIN number - what should I do?
    Simply take your passbook to contact your home branch and you will have your debit card and PIN number reissued.
  6. My card is damaged. Can you issue me with a replacement card?
    If your card is damaged or you want to modify your personal information on the card, simply take it along with your citizen ID card or passport and your passbook to any Bangkok Bank branch in the same province as your home branch to have your debit card reissued.
