You can register for Bualuang Direct Debit Service via Bualuang iBanking. You can authorize companies that send you bills to deduct funds from your account automatically to pay for goods and services. The company will continue to send you a bill each month, but rather than having to make the payment yourself, it will be deducted automatically.

To register for Bualuang Direct Debit, please select "Register Direct Debit" from the "Payments" page. Before we process your request we will send an OTP via SMS to the mobile phone number that you have pre-registered with Bualuang iBanking. You will need this OTP to activate your online request to register for Bualuang Direct Debit Service.

You can contact the payee company to ask for details of the bill payments which will be processed by Bualuang iBanking, or check this information in the bill you receive from the payee.

Free registration for Direct Debit service and no transaction fees.

Your mobile phone number has been changed

If you have changed your mobile phone number and have not yet advised the new number to Bualuang iBanking, please complete the Bualuang iBanking Amendment Form and hand it in at any Bangkok Bank branch, together with your ID card or passport for identification purposes.

You can optionally schedule funds transfers – immediate transfer, future transfer and regular transfer – for your Savings account, Fixed Deposit account, Sinmathaya Subthawee account and Current account. 

Note: Deposits into a Fixed Deposit account or Sinmathaya Subthawee account via Bualuang iBanking can be made between 6:00a.m. and 11:00p.m.

Online registration of third-party accounts

You can register third-party accounts online without having to go into a branch. Here's how to do it:

1. Go to the “Preferences” menu in Bualuang iBanking and click on the “Activate the SMS Authentication” sub-menu. Enter your mobile phone number (for your security, this number must match the number that you originally registered or subsequently amended with Bualuang iBanking). Bualuang iBanking will confirm that Bangkok Bank is able to send SMS messages to you.
2. Go to the “Transfers” menu and click on the “Add 3rd Party Account” sub-menu. Enter an account number to which you want to transfer funds and select the bank that the account is held at.
3. After you have confirmed the information, a One Time Password (OTP) will be sent via SMS to the mobile phone number you have pre-registered with Bualuang iBanking. Enter the One Time Password (OTP) in the box on the “Add 3rd Party Account Verification” page and click “Confirm”. You have now added a new third-party account.

To add more third-party accounts, only step 2 is required. You also have the option to deactivate SMS Authentication, if you prefer not to use it.

Check the account name when adding a third-party account

We have included the account name in the SMS message that we send when you are adding a new third-party account.

You should read the information contained in the message carefully. The SMS One-Time-Password message now includes the name of the intended account as well as the account number. Please check your SMS carefully before entering your OTP to ensure it has the correct:

• Account number
• Account name
• Bank name (for an account with another bank)

Note: account names may appear in Thai and may not be available for accounts held at other banks.

When transferring funds to any third party for the first time

We will send you an OTP via SMS the first time you make a transfer to a newly added third-party account and request you to enter the OTP.

You are requested to check the account information and then to enter the OTP to confirm the fund transfer order (1st time only).

An OTP is required only for a first-time funds transfer to a newly added third-party account. After you input the transfer information, the bank will send the OTP via SMS to your registered mobile phone number. Please check your SMS carefully and then enter the OTP to confirm your transaction.

Your mobile phone number has been changed

If you have changed your mobile phone number and have not yet advised the new number to Bualuang iBanking, (check under the “Preferences” menu / “View Contact Information” sub-menu) please complete the Bualuang iBanking Amendment Form and hand it in at any Bangkok Bank branch, together with your ID card or passport for identification purposes.

Four options for inter-bank funds transfer:

• PromptPay transfer
• T-Express – immediate execution
• T-Priority – same day execution*
• T-Basic – next-day execution*

*Transfer transaction is placed before 9:00a.m.

The transfer transaction charge may differ according to the funds transfer options, the amount and/or how quickly the transaction is executed.

SMS confirming the third-party funds transfer

You can now receive an SMS confirming your funds transfer and whether it has been processed or not. You can also opt to receive this alert via email. This service is available for immediate transfers, future-dated transfers and recurring transfers to a third party with Bangkok Bank accounts and to other banks using T-Express. Automatic messages are not generated for inter-bank transfers using T-Basic and T-Priority services.

SMS message notification

You can send an SMS message in either Thai or English to notify the recipients that you have transferred money to them. This option appears at the bottom of “Transfer Funds” page when "3rd Party Account" is selected.

3. Complete the form clearly. You can submit your request between 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. on bank working days. The Bank will inform you of the result of your request by email within three business days.

Once you have successfully registered for the International Funds Transfer service via Bualuang iBanking, you can send a request to update beneficiary information or delete beneficiaries via Bualuang iBanking.

Apply at any Bangkok Bank branch in Thailand

Bualuang iBanking user – You can print out the “Application for International Funds Transfer Service via Bualuang iBanking”.

1. Sign in to Bualuang iBanking
2. Go to “Transfer” and select “International Funds Transfer”
3. Click “Print” and select “Application Form” on the right side of the screen
4. Complete the application form clearly
5. Submit your application along with the required documents at any Bangkok Bank branch

• Citizen ID card or Government ID card or State Enterprise ID card or Driver’s license stating citizen ID number
• Copy of house registration (if the ID does not contain an ID number)
• Passbook or cheque book or cheque book receipt form of the deposit account used for Bualuang iBanking (for e-Savings Account customers, a bank officer will assist you with the application process)

• Passport
• Passbook or cheque book or cheque book receipt form of the deposit account used for Bualuang iBanking

• For transactions made between 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on bank business days, the Bank will complete the transfer immediately. For transactions made outside these hours the transaction will be executed at 9:00 a.m. on the next bank business day. For future-dated transfer instructions, the transfer will be executed at approximately 9:00 a.m. on the instructed day.
• The Bank will complete international transfers using the Selling Rate T/T as announced on the transfer date.
• The maximum transfer limit is 2,000,000 baht per transaction per day (This is a combined limit for international funds transfers made via Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking, PromptPay International and Western Union).
• If you have activated the email or SMS service, the Bank will notify you once the instruction has been processed.

Service conditions

• You must have a baht deposit account as the main account and apply for Bangkok Bank’s Bualuang iBanking service.
• When transferring funds from your foreign currency deposit account to a baht account:
  • You can transfer to your baht account at Bangkok Bank.
  • Maximum daily transfer limit per customer is 1,200,000 baht.
  • Transfers made between 9:00a.m. and 6:00p.m. on bank working day will be completed immediately. Transactions made outside these hours or future-dated transfers will be completed at approximately 9.00a.m. on the specified date.
  • The Bank will complete international transfers using the Buying Rate T/T as announced on the transfer date.

How to apply

• If you already have a foreign currency deposit account, you can apply for the Bualuang iBanking service at the branch where you opened the account. 
• You can also open a foreign currency deposit account and apply for the Bualuang iBanking service concurrently. Find a Bangkok Bank branch which provides a foreign currency deposit account service.

View your mutual fund account information and make buy, sell and switch orders for your funds via Bualuang iBanking 24/7.

Start investing in mutual funds online by adding mutual funds accounts to Bualuang iBanking in two ways: 

1. Add mutual funds accounts online (every day between 7:00a.m. and 10:00p.m.). Go to “Quick Menu” and select “Add own account and cards”. This will take you to “Account Type”, then select “Mutual funds account” and follow the on-screen instruction. After you have completed adding the fund accounts, you can immediately check your mutual funds unit balance under the same unit holder number and start investing right away.
2. Add mutual funds account at a branch* by completing the Bualuang iBanking Amendment Form and bringing in the following documents:
   • Citizen ID card or passport (for foreigners)
   • Bangkok Bank mutual fund passbook (unitholder number starting with 888 or 889)
   • Savings or current account used for Bualuang iBanking

*You will be able to make transactions on your mutual fund account via Bualuang iBanking within 3 to 5 working days of applying at the branch.

Mutual funds available on Bualuang iBanking are:

• Unitholder numbers starting with 888 – i.e. Bualuang Thanatavee, Bualuang Buakaew, Bualuang Infrastructure, Bualuang Top-Ten, Bualuang Thanarat, Bualuang Thanasarn, Bualuang Thanasarn Plus, Bualuang Fixed Income - Term Fund.
• Unitholder numbers starting with 889 – i.e. Bualuang RMF, Bualuang LTF.

To invest in mutual funds, you can pay by:

• Auto direct debit from your savings account or current account.
• Auto direct debit from Bangkok Bank credit card* registered for Bualuang iBanking (exclusive to the investments in RMF/LTF).
  *Excluding AMEX Cards, Purchasing Cards, Corporate Cards and UnionPay Credit Cards.

To make a buy, sell or switch order for mutual funds units using Bualuang iBanking

• To make a first-time buy order to buy new funds via Bualuang iBanking under the same unit holder numbers that are already registered on Bualuang iBanking, select menu “First time buy order”.
• To make a buy order to buy the funds that you have invested in, select menu “Buy order”.
• Buy, sell and switch orders are available for immediate, future dated or recurring transactions. Orders that the bank receives after 4:00p.m. (Bangkok Bank system time) will be processed on the next working day.

To download mutual funds documents

You can download Certificate of RMF/LTF Purchase, Certificate of RMF/LTF Redemption and Withholding Tax Certificate for RMF/LTF Redemption, for up to five previous tax years (from the present year) by following the instruction below:

1. Go to “Investment Menu” and select “Mutual Fund Document Service”.
2. Select “Service” to download.

Note: Investment carries risks. Investors are advised to study the relevant information before deciding to invest.

Apply for “e-Dividend Service” via Bualuang iBanking or any Bualuang ATM to receive dividend or interest payments directly to your account.

How to apply via Bualuang iBanking

1. Log on to Bualuang iBanking and go to the “Investments” menu.
2. Select “e-Dividend” and the “e-Dividend application” page will be displayed. Select “Account for e-Dividend”, enter your Citizen ID number (Thai citizens only) and your mobile phone number, and then click “Next”.
3. Verify the information you have entered and then click “Confirm”.
4. The screen will display the confirmation page of your e-Dividend Service application which you can print out for reference.

How to apply via Bualuang ATM

1. Insert your ATM/Be1st card into the ATM, enter your PIN, select your language, and then select “Apply for Service”.
2. Select “e-Dividend Service” and the “Related Conditions” screen will be displayed. Please read and press “Agree” to accept the conditions.
3. Select account for e-Dividend, enter your Citizen ID number (Thai citizens only) and your mobile phone number.
4. Verify the information you have entered and then click “Confirm”. Please wait for your receipt and keep it for your reference.

Note:

• Fixed deposit accounts, joint accounts and accounts which are already closed cannot be used to apply for e-Dividend Service.

• Order your cheque books.
• View the list of cheques issued or deposited into your accounts that have been returned over the last two months.
• Suspend your cheque payments (available between 6:00a.m. and 11:00p.m.).

Convenient and fast…you can order your cheque book 24/7 via Bualuang iBanking if you have a current account (in baht) previously registered with Bualuang iBanking, then select your desired number of cheques and number of cheque books. You can pick up your cheque book from the branch where you hold the account. For an account held at a metropolitan branch, you can pick up your cheque book from the branch on the next working day. For an account held at a provincial branch, you can pick up your cheque book three working days after your request.

Service conditions

• The ordering cheque book service can be used only with the current account (in baht) that you have registered with Bualuang iBanking.
• To order a cheque book, your mobile phone number must be registered with Bualuang iBanking. If you have not yet registered your mobile phone number, please contact your nearest Bangkok Bank branch.
• One order can be placed per day for each account.
• Orders can be placed 24/7; however, an order placed after 3:00p.m., or on a bank holiday, will be processed on the next business day.
• The bank will destroy your cheque book if it is not collected within 15 days.

• Suspend the use of your lost passbook (available between 6.00a.m. and 11.00p.m.).
• Request a hard copy of your bank statement over the last two months.
• Bank Mail – a channel to send and receive messages from Bualuang iBanking staff safely and securely.

• Don’t download or install Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking or other applications from sources other than the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• The authentic application name must be “Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking”
• The application icon must be  
• The developer name must be “Bangkok Bank PCL”
• Beware of malicious app. Please contact Bualuang Phone immediately if you see any suspicious app.
• Don’t make transactions on device with jail-broken (iOS) or rooted (Android) operating systems 

• For a Mobile PIN, do not choose numeric sequences, repeating numbers, or a number which can be easily guessed such as an ID card number, credit card number, vehicle registration number or date of birth.
• For a Password, do not choose numeric sequences, repeating numbers, or a number which can be easily guessed such as an ID card number, credit card number, vehicle registration number, date of birth, name and last name or nickname. If your Password is all in English characters, it should include both lower case letters and capital letters.
• Your Mobile PIN and Password can be changed as often as you like.

• Do not click the URL link in suspicious SMS, MMS, Email or Pop-up.

• Do not enter your mobile number if you access the Bank website and you are asked on the screen for your information in order to download App. It may be Trojan viruses. 

• Do not enter any personal information if you get an SMS, MMS or Email claiming to be from Bangkok Bank. Bangkok Bank will never send an SMS, MMS or emails requesting you to download or install any software or application to make a transaction with us or introduce any pop-up asking for your personal information. Therefore, if you receive this kind of SMS, MMS or emails, or have clicked any link to download suspicious software or application, or see any unfamiliar/irregular screen, please immediately stop any transactions and contact Bualuang Phone 1333 or (66) 0 2645 5555. Our service is available 24/7.

• Avoid making financial transactions when connecting using public Wi-Fi, make a transaction on a secure network/Wi-Fi only. 
• Do not make transactions using any device with jail-broken (iOS) or rooted (Android) operating systems.
• Install anti-virus applications onto your mobile phone, smartphone or tablet, especially those you use for online transactions.
• Set up a password to lock your mobile phone/other devices and be especially cautious when entering those codes in public areas.
• Before you sell your device or send it in for fixing make sure to delete the Bualuang mBanking APP from the device for your security.
• If you lose your mobile phone, please immediately contact Bualuang Phone at 1333 or  (66) 0 2645 5555 to temporarily suspend the service.
• If you change the mobile phone number that you registered with Bualuang mBanking, please contact a Bangkok Bank branch to update your information
