1.   What is the Bualuang iCustody service?

Bualuang iCustody is an online investment service channel protected by state-of-the-art security technology.

Bualuang iCustody helps you to keep track of your investments, from anywhere in the world. You can view, print and download your securities and cash account reports, as well as obtain the latest in Thai regulatory and capital markets news.

2.   How do I apply for Bualuang iCustody?

To apply for Bualuang iCustody, you will need to obtain an application form from your relationship management officer or a Bualuang iCustody account officer (click 
here for contact details).

You will need to then submit the completed application form along with any required documents via registered mail to the address below:

3.   What are my User ID and First Time Password used for? 

Your User ID and First Time Password are issued by Bangkok Bank when you successfully apply for Bualuang iCustody - they will give you access to the Bualuang iCustody service.

The first time you sign on, you will be requested to change your First Time Password to a new password. Your User ID will always remain the same.

For subsequent sign on, please use your User ID and your new password.

Don't discard your First Time Password though! You will need to have your First Time Password on hand if you ever forget your password. Please keep it and your User ID safe and do not allow anyone else to know it.
      

4.   Why do I have to change my Password?

To enhance your security, you will be required to change your password in the following situations:

-   When you sign on for the first time.
-   When your password expires (every 3 months).
-   If you enter a wrong password more than three times.

If you input the wrong password more than three times, please contact a Bualuang iCustody account officer on business days (8.30 AM - 5.00 PM) - call (66) 2353-5777.

Alternatively, you can also call Bualuang Phone on 1333 or (66) 2645-5555.

Note: To further enhance your security, you can change your password as many times as you like within a three- month period.

5.   What are the requirements for new Bualuang iCustody passwords?

New passwords: 
-   Must contain between 8 and 32 characters and include a combination of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters.
-   Can include all standard signs except %, & and +.
-   Must be different your User ID.
-   Are case sensitive. For example, the word "PASSWORD" is considered different from "password", which is also different to "PaSsWoRd".

Note: Your First Time Password will be useful if you ever forget your password. Please keep your First Time Password and User ID safe. Do not allow anyone else to know them.

6.   What happens if I forget my Password?

If you forget your password, but can remember your First Time Password
In this instance, Bangkok Bank will reset your password back to the First Time Password you originally received. Once you have signed on using your First Time Password you will be requested to set a new password.

To gain access and change your password, contact your Bualuang iCustody account officer on business days (8.30 AM - 5.00 PM) - call (66) 2353-5777. Alternatively, you can call Bualuang Phone on 1333 or (66) 2645-5555.

If  you forget both your password and First Time Password
You will need to request an amendment form, complete it, and send it to Bangkok Bank.

Bangkok Bank will provide you with a new First Time Password within five business days of receiving your Bualuang iCustody amendment form.

After signing on using with your new First Time Password, you will be requested to set a new password.

To request an amendment form, contact a Bualuang iCustody account officer on business days (8.30 AM - 5.00 PM) - call (66) 2353-5777. Alternatively, you can call Bualuang Phone on 1333 or (66) 2645-5555.

7.   How secure is my information?
