If you are already using Bangkok Bank's custody services, you can easily sign-up for Bualuang iCustody. Simply follow these easy steps:
1) Request and fill in the Bualuang iCustody application forms
Contact your relationship management officer (click here for contact details) to have the relevant application forms sent out to you.
Simply fill in and submit your application forms along with the required supplementary documents.
Amending Bualuang iCustody information
If you wish to amend your Bualuang iCustody information, please fill in and submit a Bualuang iCustody amendment form. You can request an amendment form from your relationship management officer or Bualuang iCustody account officer.
Note: Please ensure the application or amendment forms are fully completed and signed by your company's authorized signatory.
2) Make sure you have attached all required documents
For registered companies
- A signed and dated copy of the company's Certificate of Incorporation, certified as a true copy by your company's authorized signatory. The document must not be more than one month old.
- A Power of Attorney for using Bualuang iCustody.
Note: The authorized signatory (s) signing all of the above forms cannot be a company director or the company's authorized representative.
For the authorized signatory
- Thai citizens: A copy of your Citizen ID, certified as a true copy.
- Foreigners: A copy of your valid Passport, certified as a true copy.
For Users
- Thai citizens: A copy of your Citizen ID, certified as a true copy.
- Foreigners: A copy of your valid Passport, certified as a true copy.
Note: Expired documents will not be accepted.
3) Submit your Bualuang iCustody forms
Submit the completed application form and all required supporting documents in person or via registered mail to the address below:

Note: The authorized signatory will need to countersign any subsequent revisions made to the Bualuang iCustody application/amendment forms and attachments.
4) Leave the rest to us
Bangkok Bank will contact you within 15 days about the registration of your Bualuang iCustody Service application.
You wil also receive the following documents via registered post:
- User ID
- First Time Password
