How to Apply

To apply for iFunds, you will need to be a registered fund committee, fund member or private fund client. You can set up a provident or private fund at the Fund Management Department, Bangkok Bank (Headquarters) Tel: 02 353 5333 and apply for the iFunds service at the same time. There are three easy steps to making the application:

1) Pick up an application form
You can request an application form from your fund committee or you can print one out here.

  • Application for Bualuang iFunds Service (Fund Committee)
  • Application for Bualuang iFunds Service (Fund Member)
  • Application for Bualuang iFunds Service (Private Fund Client)

Once complete, the application form will need to be signed by the authorized signatories of your fund committee.

2) Prepare documents
You will need:

  • A copy of your Citizen ID
  • A copy of your valid Passport (foreigners only)

Note:
Expired documents will not be accepted.
-  If you make any revisions when filling out your application form, authorized signatories will need to countersign all the revisions.
-  The original documents must be shown to the bank upon application and the application form and copies must be certified as an original copy.


3) Submit documents
Submit the completed application form along with the required documents to your fund committee. For private fund clients, please submit your completed application form at the Fund Management Department, Bangkok Bank (Headquarters).

4) Let us do the rest
Bangkok Bank will notify your fund committee within 15 working days regarding the registration of your application. Along with this notification, you will receive the following documents via your fund committee:
       1. User ID
       2. First Time Password

If you are a private fund client, you will receive the documents via registered post at the address given to us in your application.
