SSL encrypts i.e. convert any data that comes from you to the Bank and from the Bank to you into numerical coding. This encryption process ensures that the data remains secure. |

Intrusion Detection Software |
We have installed intrusion detection software, so we are immediately alerted if any suspicious activities occur.
Alerts and Notifications As a default setting, you will receive e-mail alerts automatically under the following conditions:
- When you log on to Bualuang iBanking.
- When a new 3rd party account or new payee is added.
- When SMS Authentication has been activated or deactivated.
- When a new direct debit service has been registered.
- When transaction limits have been changed.
To choose which e-mail alerts you wish to receive, simply go to the “Preferences” menu in Bualuang iBanking and select the “Manage Alerts & Notifications” sub-menu. You can update your Alerts & Notifications at anytime. |

If you leave your computer screen idle, you will be signed off from our service automatically. This feature prevents anyone from using your account while you are away from the computer. |
