How to Apply

To apply for BIZ iBanking, you will need to be a registered business customer, small or medium business, and have a savings or current account with Bangkok Bank. If you don't have an account with us - simply apply at your nearest branch in Thailand, and while you are there you can apply for the BIZ iBanking service at the same time.

Three easy steps:
1) Pick up an application form
An application form is available at any of our branches in Thailand or you can print one out here.

Note: You can apply for BIZ iBanking at all Bangkok Bank branches in Thailand.

2) Prepare documents

Corporate customers'required documents
- A copy of your company’s Registration Certificate issued by the Ministry of Commerce (not more than one month old)
- Minutes of a Board of Directors Meeting stamped with your company seal/brand (if any) and stating the reason for the BIZ iBanking application, registered account types, number of registered accounts, registered account numbers and a letter appointing the Super User. The minutes have to be attested by an authorized director of the company.
- A tax ID card
- All passbooks or cheques pertaining or loan receipt (required if registering loan account) to the accounts specified in the application form, to prove the accounts exist

Authorized board of director's documents
- Citizen ID card or 13-digit government photo ID card
- Valid Passport (foreigners only)

Note: - Expired documents will not be accepted. 
          - If you make any changes on the application form, users need to countersign and stamp with a company seal/brand (if any) at all the revised positions. 
         - Documents need to be an original copy with their hard-copies certified as an original copy.

3) Apply for BIZ iBanking
Bring the completed application form along with the required documents to the branch and sign the application form in front of the bank officer.

Note:-You need to have a Bangkok Bank account at the branch where you apply for BIZ iBanking.

4) Let us do the rest
We'll notify you within seven working days regarding the registration of your application. For business customers who apply at a provincial branch, the process might take longer than seven days. Along with this notification, the Super User will receive the following:

1. Email Company ID and Super User ID to the Super User’s email address.
2. Receive an unique PIN (Personal Identification Number) in the registered mail
3. Notify Super User or a person holding the Super User’s power of attorney to receive Tokens at the branch where applying BIZ iBanking service.
