Condition:

1. The first 82 customers who make the most T-Express funds transfer via Bualuang iBanking will win a prize each month. (Only completed transaction will be included). To be eligible for the different prizes, customers must make a certain number of T-Express funds transfers:
     - Two (2) prizes for the first top 2 conducting the most T-Express Funds Transfer via Bualuang iBanking, with a minimum of 20 transactions within the month.
     - Thirty (30) prizes for the next top 3rd - 32nd customers conducting T-Express Funds Transfer via Bualuang iBanking, with a minimum of 10 transactions within the month.
     - Fifty (50) prizes for the next top 33rd - 82nd customers conducting T-Express Funds Transfer via Bualuang iBanking, with a minimum of 5 transactions within the month.

2. The promotion runs from August 1 - October 31, 2008. Bangkok Bank will deliver the prizes to each winner every month for the three month promotion period.

3. Prizes are limited. Each winner is eligible for one prize per month. The prizes can not be changed, exchanged for cash or returned. The bank reserves the right to change the prizes without prior notice.

4. Bangkok Bank will deliver the prize to the address pre-registered with Bualuang iBanking.

5. The winners will be notified from Bangkok Bank. To receive the Apple iPod Nano 4 GB, the winner needs to present his/her original ID card. In the case of a proxy receiving the prize, the authorized person needs to present his/her original ID card as well as a certified true copy of the winner’s ID card.

6. If the prize cannot be delivered to the recipient due to incorrect address, invalid recipient, or any other reasons within 1 month after mailing date, it shall be deemed that the customer waives his/her right to receive the prize.

7. The bank’s decision is deemed final.
