Phishing is a new type of Internet piracy that is used by a hacker to expose sensitive information such as Password, credit card number or banking information to make use of such information for cash withdrawal, credit card mail order, etc.  Phishers send fake e-mails, pop-up messages, or questionnaires that claim to be from banks, businesses or other reputable organizations that you deal with.

Please be advised that Bangkok Bank will never send an e-mail requesting you to update your particulars or to validate your personal information via email.
