Bualuang Points Accumulation / Eligibility for �Bualuang Thank You Program�

Principle Bangkok Bank Credit Cardholders will automatically become Bualuang Thank You Program members (Purchasing Card, Corporate Card and Bangkok Bank Business American Express Card are excluded).

The principal cardholder automatically earns points with purchases made on Bangkok Bank credit cards and is entitled to redeem these points in the Bualuang Thank You Program. All points earned on supplementary cards will be automatically consolidated with the principal cardholder�s points.

Points Calculation

1. For Bangkok Bank Cardholder except Platinum Leader Cardholder , every 25 Baht spent with a Bangkok Bank credit card, you will earn 1 thank you point.

2. For Platinum Leader Cardholder, every 25 Baht spent with a Platinum Leader credit card, you will earn 2 platinum points (among others)

3. Bualuang Points will be calculated from all credit cards spending both domestically and internationally. However, cash advances, service fees, penalty fees, an additional amount from partial redemption and interest from use of the card will not accrue points.

4. Bualuang Points will be consolidated from all your credit card spending and all points earned on supplementary cards will be consolidated with the principal cardholder�s points. Points accumulated on supplementary cards will be automatically consolidated to the primary cardholder�s reward account

5. Platinum point will be divided from other credit card.
A points summary will be shown on your monthly statement.

Points Validity & Points Notification

Bualuang Points are valid for 3 years after which time they will expire. Points that are accumulated first will expire first. For example, points earned in January 2004 will expire in February 2006 and points earned in February 2003 will expire in January 2006. When you redeem your Bualuang Points, the bank will deduct the oldest points first.

An expiry point summary will be shown on your monthly statement 3 months prior to the expired date.

Gift Redemption

1. Only principle cardholders are eligible to redeem points for gift items and cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable.

2. Bank reserves the right to Platinum category and Royal Orchid Plus Mileage Redemption for Platinum Credit cardholder only. For the platinum cardholder who has other Bangkok Bank credit card will get points combination privilege for general merchandise redemption. Platinum category and Royal Orchid Plus Mileage redemption are excluded.

3. Principal cardholders can choose one of the following ways to redeem points for a gift:
     3.1. Full Points: you use only points to redeem a gift or travel package; or
     3.2. Partial Points: you can choose to use a mix of points and charge an additional payment to your credit card. You will be informed of this transaction amount in your next monthly statement. This would be the case if you had insufficient points for a desired gift item.

4. There are 3 ways you can redeem your points for gifts:
     4.1 Call Bangkok Bank�s Card Member Service
            - Platinum Leader Card : Tel. 0-2638-4888 (7 days 24 hrs.)
            - Visa, MasterCard: Tel. 0-2638-4000 (8.30 am �20.00 pm )
            - Bangkok Bank American Express Card : Tel. 0-2638-4400 (8.30 am �20.00 pm )
     4.2 Download the Redemption form from our website, print out and fax to 0-2626-4789
     4.3 Download the Redemption form from our website, print out and return mail to Bangkok Bank 333 Silom Road, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500(Credit Card Division Card Services and Support).

5. All redemption are subject to the accumulation of sufficient Points and the Bank�s final acceptance. Redemption will be cancelled automatically in the event of insufficient Points. Once the bank receives the order for redemption from the cardholder, such order cannot be cancelled or changed.

6. You cannot claim points or gifts once you have cancelled your Bangkok Bank Credit Card

Gift Delivery

1. Gifts will be delivered free of charge within four weeks from the date your order is received by the Bank. If an item is out of stock, the delivery time may be delayed.

2. Gifts will be delivered free of charge to the address on your statement or any other address you specify within Thailand by distributor within 2-4 weeks after the bank received the completed and accepted redemption. Please note that some gifts in the catalog need to be collected from a shop or distributor.

3. Bangkok Bank reserves the right to reject the return or exchange of a gift, after it has been delivered to the address specified and receipt thereof has been acknowledged. Quality of merchandise and the related service of the merchandise guaranteed by manufacturer / distributor shall be in accordance with the applicable guarantee and procedures.

4. Cardholders who intend to redeem a travel package should contact the travel agency directly and must follow the schedule and regulations specified by the travel agency. Bangkok Bank has no liability and shall not be responsible for such service.

Other Conditions

1. This Thank You Program catalog is effective from July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008 unless otherwise specified by Bangkok Bank.

2. Bangkok Bank reserves the right to substitute merchandise which is out of stock or discontinued with that of a similar quality and price without prior notice.

3. Bangkok Bank reserves the right to change merchandise items, these terms and conditions, and the amount of Bualuang Points required at any time without advance notification.

4. All prices quoted in the Bualuang Thank You program catalogue are VAT inclusive.
