SMS Remittance Alert service - things to remember
- The SMS Remittance Alert Service is an information service about remittances from overseas. The bank cannot be held responsible for any information you receive or any performance relating to this service.
- The bank may not be able to send you information on funds transfer transactions which we have received via other banks in Thailand. The remitter should ask foreign banks to send transactions to Bangkok Bank directly by quoting Bangkok Bank's SWIFT address BKKBTHBK.
- If you receive an SMS from the bank notifying that your application has been approved, you will be able to use the service immediately.
- The SMS Remittance Alert service is available from 5:00 a.m. to midnight every normal banking day.
- One mobile phone number can be registered to use the service for all of your accounts at Bangkok Bank.
- Bangkok Bank does not charge a fee to use the service, but retains the right to apply a fee for the service if deemed appropriate. You will receive prior notice should any fee apply.
