1. What is the “Company ID”?
The “Company ID” is your company’s identification number that is generated by Bangkok Bank’s internet banking system. When you have been approved to use BIZ iBanking, Bangkok Bank will send your “Company ID” via the Super User’s e-mail address.

The “Company ID” contains 10 numerical digits that are unique for every company in the system.


2. What is the “User ID”?

The “User ID” is the User’s identification to log on BIZ iBanking. Bangkok Bank will send only “Super User ID” directly to your Super User’s email address.

For general Users, Super User will assign the User ID that can contain either English or numerical characters.

What is the “Password”?
In the initial stages of setting up your company’s BIZ iBanking account, Bangkok Bank will post a “PIN number” to Super User at your Super User’s address. You will need the Bank’s “PIN number” to log onto BIZ iBanking for the first time. After you have successfully gained access to your BIZ iBanking account, the Bank requests that you follow the instructions carefully to change the PIN number into your own personal “Password”. You will use your personal “Password” to log into your account for future use.

For general Users, Super User will set up individual “User ID” and “Password”. When each individual logs into their account for the first time, the system will automatically request a change of password.

What is the “Token Password”?
A “Token Password” will automatically be generated by the token for log on your BIZ iBanking account. For Super User and Approver only, the “Token Password” along with your “Company ID”, “User ID”’ and “Password” completes your log-on into Bangkok Bank’s BIZ iBanking.

How do I log on to BIZ iBanking?
5.1) Enter your Company ID in the “Company ID” box.
5.2) Enter your User ID in the “User ID” box.
5.3) Enter your PIN/Password in the “Password” box. You will be forced to change your PIN/Password in the system at the first log on.
5.4) Enter your “Token Password” in the “Token Password” box. (Only Super User and Approver)
5.5) Click “Log on” to enter the system.

Note: The system will log you out after three incorrect log-ons.

How can I get instant access to BIZ iBanking's log-on page?
6.1) Click on the “Bookmark” button, located beneath the “Log on” button on the right hand side, and click “OK” to add the log-on page to your Internet Explorer “Favorites”.
6.2) The next time you wish to visit the log-on page go to your Internet Explorer "Favorites" and select “BIZ iBanking”.

What can I do if I have problems to log in BIZ iBanking?
If you are a general User, you can contact your Super User (system administrator) for help or to obtain a new User ID or Password if you cannot log in to BIZ iBanking.
