Requirements
  • The age of the insured must be in accordance with the policy requirements.
  • The insured must have a good health record and not be disabled, already injured or have a serious illness or chronic disease at the time of the application.
  • Messengers, firefighters, police, soldiers, motorcycle taxi drivers, laborers, miners, builders, fishermen or defense volunteers are not eligible for PA 1st personal accident insurance.
Terms and conditions
  • This offer is valid only for customers who apply for and pay the PA 1st Smart annual premium via the designated online channel and meet these criteria:
    • Individuals who previously have been Bualuang Payroll customers and using Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking.
      OR
    • Individuals who are Bualuang Payroll customers and start using Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking service the same month they apply for and pay the PA 1st Smart annual premium.
  • This offer is available upon the application and payment of PA 1st Smart annual premium (plan 2-4 only). Payroll customers can apply by clicking on the advertising banner on Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking or www.bangkokbank.com/PayrollBenefits/PA-1st-smart from October 1, 2020 – March 31, 2021. (or while stocks last)
  • Each customer is eligible for one Central Group E-Voucher. This offer is limited to 550 Central Group E-Vouchers throughout the promotion period. To receive a Central Group E-Voucher a customer must be a PA 1st Smart’s policy-holder.
  • The customer will receive the Central Group E-Voucher valued at 100 baht / person in the form of an E-Coupon through Rewards on Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking within 90 days from the date of the successful insurance premium payment. The customer must claim and use the Central Group E-Voucher within 90 days from the date of claiming the Central Group E-Voucher. If the customer does not claim or use the e-voucher within the specified period, he or she will forfeit the privilege.
  • The customer must use Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking until the date of receiving the Central Group E-Voucher.
  • To be eligible for the Central Group E-Voucher, the customer must not be rejected for the insurance policy by Bangkok Insurance Public Company Limited nor can the insured person surrender the insurance policy.
  • The customer must show the barcode of Central Group E-Voucher on Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking at the cashier before paying. Bangkok Bank reserves the right to decline any screen capture of the barcode or fraud.
  • The Central Group E-Voucher can be used according to its value at any Central Group store including Central, Zen, Muji, Central Food Hall, Tops, Superkoom, Eathai, Thai Favourites, Segafredo Zanetti Espresso, Power Buy, SuperSports, B2S, Robinson, Thai Watsadu, Baan & Beyond, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, and OfficeMate. The Central Group E-Voucher cannot be used at rented retail spaces, food courts, or online platforms. Each customer is only eligible for one redemption.
  • The Central Group E-Voucher cannot be used for buying phone cards, prepaid cards, cash cards, vouchers, gift cards, wholesale products, construction materials, medication, food/supplements for infants or children, alcohol or tobacco.
  • The offer cannot be returned, canceled and there will not be compensation if the Central Group E-Voucher expires or terms and conditions change.
  • This offer cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
  • The Bank reserves the right to change or replace the offer with other premium of similar value. If there is any dispute, the decision of the Bank and Bangkok Insurance Public Company Limited shall be treated as final.
