About donations
Charitable giving
- Bangkok Bank will donate 100 baht for every new card issued, and 50 baht per card towards the annual joining fee for subsequent years, to the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital.
- Bangkok Bank will also donate 0.2% of the value of purchases made using the cards* to the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital.

Terms and Conditions for Free Health Check‑up Eligibility
- The Bangkok Bank – Siriraj Card Health Check-Up Package includes the following services: Vital Signs and Physical Examination, chest X‑ray, complete blood count (CBC), urinalysis, fasting blood sugar (FBS), liver function test, lipid profile, kidney function test, electrocardiogram (EKG), stool examination, and outpatient service fees
- The value of the Bangkok Bank – Siriraj card health checkup package is 2,580 baht for cardholders of Thai nationality, and 3,225 baht for cardholders of non‑Thai nationality
- Eligible spending excludes card transactions for mutual fund purchases, insurance premium payments, donations to Siriraj Hospital, and contactless payments made via Rabbit card readers for cards with the Rabbit functionality
- Limit of one free health checkup/card/year
- The Bangkok Bank – Siriraj card health checkup package is exclusively reserved only for cardholders and is non‑transferable under any circumstances
- The Bangkok Bank – Siriraj card health checkup package must be used within the period specified in the entitlement notification letter sent by the bank
- The privilege cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed for cash, or used in conjunction with other promotional offers
- If you wish to take additional health examinations beyond those included in the Bangkok Bank – Siriraj card health checkup package, you will need to pay for all additional charges

Bangkok Bank will send an eligibility letter to cardholders who meet the annual cumulative spending requirements within 60 days after the 12th month from the month of card issuance.
How to redeem the Bangkok Bank – Siriraj Card Health Check-Up Package
- Appointment: Cardholders are required to contact SIRIRAJ H SOLUTIONS at 0 2414 1144, Monday to Sunday (including public holidays) from 07:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m., or make an appointment via the SirirajConnect application, which is available 24 hours a day.
- Redemption: Cardholders must present the health check‑up entitlement notification letter issued by the Bank together with the Be First Smart TPN Siriraj Card or Be First Smart TPN Rabbit Siriraj Card to the staff of SIRIRAJ H SOLUTIONS for registration prior to receiving the service.
Appointments and entitlement redemptions are subject to Siriraj Hospital’s terms and conditions. The Bank bears no responsibility for the appointment or service procedures.

- Privileges are for Be1st Smart TPN Rabbit Siriraj cardholders only who have paid their annual fee.
- Reservations are required for the Siriraj Applied Thai Traditional Medicine at Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun Hospital on the 7th Floor, Tel. 0 2419 1717-8. Bangkok Bank is not involved in any healing services, medical services, health consulting services, or any other health services of Siriraj Hospital.
- Please check the conditions before applying for the privileges.
- The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
- The Bank reserves the right to change or cancel conditions without prior notice. If there is any dispute, the Bank’s decision will be treated as final.

How to Apply
Apply now if you are aged between 16-70 (the birthdate as shown on your ID card) simply bring your Bangkok Bank passbook (either savings account or cheque book) together with your Citizen ID card or passport (if you are an expatriate) to any Bangkok Bank branch. You will be issued with a Be1st Smart TPN Rabbit Siriraj card instantly and asked to key in a 6-digit PIN of your choice. Note that a customer can hold only one Be1st Smart TPN Rabbit Siriraj (one card per person).
Note: Joint accounts, kids account, merchant accounts in the name of individuals, group accounts, corporate accounts are not eligible for a Be1st Smart TPN Rabbit Siriraj card.
Fees
- Entrance Fee: 100 baht
- Annual Fee: 599 baht (Debit card fee: 374 baht/card and personal accidental insurance fee: 225 baht/card)
- Card Replacement Fee*: 100 baht
- Monthly Statement Fee: 200 baht per year (apply at your home branch)
*The Bank reserves the right to replace the Be1st Smart TPN Rabbit Siriraj card with a Be1st Smart TPN Rabbit card for customers aged over 70.
4 Easy steps to use contactless payment
1. Look for this symbol at point of sale terminals and inform the salesperson that you will pay with Be 1st Smart TPN unionPay contactless.
2. Check the purchase value displayed on the card reader before waving your card. If the value is incorrect, please tell the salesperson to correct the transaction immediately.
3. Wave your card at a card reader to pay.
4. Hold the card until you see the text “Approved” or a green light or hear a beep. Then, you will receive a sales slip for a reference.
