Convenient Auto Top-up service for the stored value on your Rabbit card (Auto Top-up)
How to get started: After receiving your card, call Bangkok Bank to activate your credit card and visit any ticket office of BTS or Rabbit Service Center to activate the Auto Top-up service. Then it will be ready-to-use.
Rabbit Card Auto Top-up: Your card will be automatically topped up when you tap it to travel on the BTS or make purchases at stores displaying the Rabbit logo and your stored value balance is insufficient. The system will automatically top-up the Rabbit value by debiting 500 baht from your credit limit. Top-ups can only be made once per day.
How to reset the top-up value: You can change your auto top-up value from 500 baht to 300 baht or 1,000 baht by notifying Bangkok Bank at (66) 0 2638 4000 of your request and then visiting any BTS ticket office or Rabbit Service Center which will process this on your card.
Payment: Our payment transaction records will show your top-up amounts and a fee of 5 baht per time on your credit card statement for each billing cycle.
