Auto TopUp Service

Convenient Auto Top-up service for the stored value on your Rabbit card (Auto Top-up)

  • Fastest way to top-up your card
  • No need to worry about running out of stored value on your card

 

How to get started: After receiving your card, call Bangkok Bank to activate your credit card and visit any ticket office of BTS or Rabbit Service Center to activate the Auto Top-up service. Then it will be ready-to-use.

 

Rabbit Card Auto Top-up: Your card will be automatically topped up when you tap it to travel on the BTS or make purchases at stores displaying the Rabbit logo and your stored value balance is insufficient. The system will automatically top-up the Rabbit value by debiting 500 baht from your credit limit. Top-ups can only be made once per day.

 

How to reset the top-up value: You can change your auto top-up value from 500 baht to 300 baht or 1,000 baht by notifying Bangkok Bank at (66) 0 2638 4000 of your request and then visiting any BTS ticket office or Rabbit Service Center which will process this on your card.

 

Payment: Our payment transaction records will show your top-up amounts and a fee of 5 baht per time on your credit card statement for each billing cycle.

FAQs

1. My Rabbit Bangkok Bank Credit card has been lost or stolen. What should I do?

  • Please report your loss to our 24-hour service on (66) 0 2638 4000.
  • The Bank will cancel your credit card.
  • The Bank will instruct Bangkok Smartcard System (BSS) to cancel your Rabbit card and request on your behalf a refund for the remaining stored value in the card.
  • Bangkok Smartcard System (BSS) staff will contact you to process your refund.
  • The Bank will issue a replacement credit card. You can pick up the card at the branch or receive it by mail according to your instruction to the Bank.

Remark:

  • Only the stored value in the card can be frozen and refunded.
  • The stored value refund is determined by Bangkok Smartcard System’s conditions. Refund fees may be imposed.
  • Trips remaining on the card cannot be frozen or refunded, in accordance with the conditions of BTS.

2. My Rabbit Bangkok Bank Credit card was retained by an ATM. What should I do?

  • Any credit cards found in an ATM will be destroyed for security reasons. Call Bangkok Bank's Bualuang Phone service on 1333 or (66) 0 2645 5555, or our Cardmember Service Center on (66) 0 2638 4000 to cancel your card.
  • The Bank will cancel your credit card.
  • The Bank will instruct Bangkok Smartcard System (BSS) to cancel your Rabbit card and request on your behalf a refund for the remaining stored value in the card.
  • Bangkok Smartcard System (BSS) staff will contact you to process your refund.
  • The Bank will issue a replacement credit card. You can pick up the card at the branch or receive it by mail according to your instruction to the Bank.

  • Call the Card member Service Center on (66) 0 2638 4000.
  • The Bank will issue a replacement credit card. You can pick up the card at the branch or receive it by mail according to your instruction to the Bank, together with a letter to refund the Rabbit stored value.
  • Take the letter and damaged card to request a refund at any BTS ticket office. Bangkok Smartcard System (BSS) will refund the remaining stored value on the card.
