4 Easy steps to use contactless payment
The physical prepaid card has a contactless function with symbol 
. Just wave your card at a card reader showing symbol 
to make purchases at merchants anywhere in the world that accept contactless payments. You can use contactless payments for purchases of up to 1,500 baht/transaction without a signature. (If your purchase is over 1,500 baht/transaction, you are required to swipe the card and authorize the transaction with your signature or PIN.)

Look for this symbol at point-of-sale terminals and inform the salesperson that you would like to make a contactless payment with a Be1st Digital debit card>

Check the purchase value displayed on the card reader before waving your card. If the value is incorrect, please inform the salesperson to correct the transaction immediately.

Tap your card at a card reader to pay

Hold the card until you see “Approved or a green light or a beep, or a checkmark” n the screen. Then, you will receive a sales slip as proof of payment.More Information

- To apply for a Bangkok Bank M Visa Prepaid Card, simply bring your Citizen ID to any Bangkok Bank branch located in The Mall department store, Emporium, Emquatier, Emsphere and Paragon for identity verification and to activate the card.
Remark: The application of this prepaid card will be treated as a subscription to the M Card membership of The Mall Group. For existing M Card members, The Mall Group will refer to the existing M Card membership number.

Remark:
*The Bank does not provide a replacement card in all cases.
**In case of card expiry, if cardholder does not request a refund of the remaining value on the card within the specified period the Bank will charge a card maintenance fee of 50 baht/month by deducting from the remaining value on the card. The card maintenance fee will be deducted until the remaining value on the card is empty or until the cardholder requests a refund into a Bangkok bank account.
