Forgot / Change Mobile PIN

Select “Forgot PIN”

Enter your User ID, 4-digit PIN / Bualuang iBanking Password and select “Next”.

 

If you forgot them or your 4-digit PIN has expired, you can click on “How to request User ID & PIN/Password”.

 

*4-digit PIN is valid for 3 days after registering at branch / Bualuang ATM.

Enter your personal details

Verify your mobile no. and enter the One Time Password (OTP)

5.

Set up your 6-digit Mobile PIN and re-enter your PIN. Your Mobile PIN has been reset.

Go to “More” and select “Change Mobile PIN”

Enter your current Mobile PIN

Enter and re-enter your new Mobile PIN

Mobile PIN successfully changed
