PayAlert

1.

Select “Banking”


2.

Enter your 6-digit Mobile PIN or use Touch ID / Face ID / Finger Print

3.

Select “PayAlert” at Banking screen


4.

Click “Activate” at Manage PromptPay screen to send request or transfer money via PromptPay

5.

Enable PayAlert for selected Citizen ID and / or mobile phone numbers registered with PromptPay

6.

Start using PayAlert by selecting “Send a request”

1.

Select “Received” to view details

2.

Check transaction details and select “Pay”

3.

When a transaction is successful, the request status will change to “Paid”

Select “Send a request”

2.

Enter all the details and select “Next”


3.

Check transaction details and select “Confirm”

4.

The screen will display the result of the request
