Withdrawal at Banking Agent

Steps to create pending withdrawal via Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking

1.

Select “Banking”


2.

Enter your 6-digit Mobile PIN or use Touch ID / Face ID / Fingerprint

3.

Select “Withdraw” at Banking screen

4.

Select “Banking Agent”

5.

Select “Counter Service (7-Eleven)”

6.

Enter Bangkok Bank account number and amount


7.

Check transaction details and select “Next”

8.

The screen will display transaction details then select “Generate QR Code / Barcode” within 60 minutes


9.

Enter your 6-digit Mobile PIN or use Touch ID / Face ID / Finger Print

10.

Please show this QR Code / Barcode to the Banking Agent (7-Eleven) to scan and make the transaction

11.

Once the transaction is completed, you can check the transaction status in “History”

Select “Banking”

Enter your 6-digit Mobile PIN or use Touch ID / Face ID / Fingerprint

Select “Withdraw” at Banking screen

4.

Select “Banking Agent”

5.

Select “Thailand Post”

6.

Enter your account number and amount


7.

Check transaction details and select “Next”

8.

The screen will display transaction details which will expire in 60 minutes then select “Generate QR Code / Barcode”


9.

If logging in with Touch ID / Face ID / Fingerprint, please enter your 6-digit Mobile PIN

10.

The screen will display the QR Code / Barcode, please show it to the Thailand Post staff for scanning and follow the instructions

11.

The staff will check and confirm the transaction details with you. To proceed with the withdrawal, select “Confirm” on the app

12.

Once the transaction is completed, you will receive cash and a receipt from the Banking Agent and you can check the transaction status in “History”
