  • This privilege is for Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking customers only.
  • Customers must use Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking to scan to pay a UnionPay QR code abroad worth 500 baht or more to get a cash back of 50 baht/transaction from October 1, 2023 – February 29, 2024.
  • Limited to 20 privileges/account (a total cash back of up to 1,000 baht/account) for the entire promotion period.
  • Limited to 20,000 privileges for the entire promotion period.
  • Customers will receive cash back credited to the account they used to pay within 45 days after the promotion period has ended.
  • In case of any dispute, Bangkok Bank’s decision is final. 
  • Bangkok Bank and UnionPay International Company’s terms and conditions apply.

How to scan a UnionPay QR Code: Customer scans store’s QR Code
  1. Select “Scan” in Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking
  2. Point the camera at the QR code or barcode to make payment
  3. Check shop / vendor details: name, location and amount (local currency) and enter a note (if any), then select “Next”
  4. Check transaction details, enter your 6-digit PIN to confirm payment and select “Confirm”
  5. Once the transaction is completed, you will receive an eSlip which you can share immediately.
     
How to scan a UnionPay QR Code: Stores scan the customer’s QR Code
  1. Select “Scan”
  2. Press scan symbol at the top right corner
  3. Select “Pay with QR”
  4. Enter your 6-digit Mobile PIN
  5. Select “UnionPay QR”. The screen will display a QR code and a barcode for the shop / vendor to scan
  6. Check transaction details and select “Confirm”
  7. Once the transaction is completed, you will receive an eSlip which you can share immediately.
