Terms and conditions for new customers who have never linked the Shopee Application or ShopeePay Wallet to their Bangkok Bank account for direct debit before
- This privilege is for customers who use ShopeePay Wallet and have completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process as specified by ShopeePay (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“Company”) only. Customer must also link their ShopeePay Wallet account with their Shopee account as specified by the Company.
- Customers must link a Bangkok Bank ("Bank") savings or current account using the App to App Direct Debit service from their ShopeePay application or Shopee application and top up ShopeePay Wallet with a minimum of 500 baht via the ShopeePay or Shopee application using the direct debit service.
- Customers will receive 60 Shopee Coins into their ShopeePay Wallet account once all the conditions within the promotion period are met. Limited to 1 privilege/ShopeePay account for the entire promotion period.
- Limited to 750 Shopee Coins per month or 3,000 privileges for the entire promotion period or until privileges reach the limit specified by the Company.
- The promotion is from November 1, 2023, 12:00 a.m. to February 29, 2024, 11:59 p.m. (Thailand time), unless privileges reach the limit before the specific period.
- Privileges are limited. The Company reserves the right to customers who participate and complete all conditions until privileges reach the limit specified by the Company.
- Customers will receive Shopee Coins into their ShopeePay account within 15 working days after the end of each month's promotional period as follows:
- Customers who complete the transaction from November 1, 2023 to November 30, 2023, will receive their Shopee Coins within 15 working days after December 1, 2023.
- Customers who complete the transaction from December 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 will receive their Shopee Coins within 15 working days after January 1, 2024.
- Customers who complete the transaction from January 1, 2024 to January 31, 2024 will receive their Shopee Coins within 15 working days after February 1, 2024.
- Customers who complete the transaction from February 1, 2024 to February 29, 2024 will receive their Shopee Coins within 15 working days after March 1, 2024.
- Shopee Coins are valid for 3 months and will expire at the end of the 3rd month from the month you received Shopee Coins. For example: If a customer earns Shopee Coins on any date in November 2023, Shopee Coins will expire on 29 February 2024. Other conditions for using Shopee Coins are as specified by Shopee (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
- Only customers who follow the rules and the specified period of time will be eligible to receive Shopee Coins.

If the Company finds that customers who are eligible to receive Shopee Coins under this promotion have done any of the following actions:
- Violating any of the terms and conditions of this promotion and/or not complying with the terms of sevice of the Company; or
- Commit fraud, dishonesty or take any illegal actions; or
- Any other reasons when a person who is eligible for Shopee Coins cannot claim Coins.
The Company reserves the right to disqualify the right to receive the Shopee Coins in this promotion and/or recall the Shopee Coins that have been given and/or take any other action as the Company deems appropriate.
- Other conditions as specified by the Company. The Company and the Bank reserve the right to change or cancel the terms and conditions, including time periods and any privileges of this promotion in which notification will be made on via Facebook page: ShopeePay or any other channels specified by the Company or the Bank. Shopee Coins from this promotion cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded or used with any other promotions.

- Customers must top up ShopeePay Wallet with a minimum of 500 baht via their ShopeePay application or Shopee application using the App to App Direct Debit service with the account linked to the ShopeePay Wallet.
- Limited to 1,000 Shopee Coins per month or 4,000 privileges for the entire promotion period or until privileges reach the limit specified by the Company.
- Customers will receive 20 Shopee Coins into their ShopeePay Wallet account once all the conditions within the promotion period are met. Limited to 1 privilege/ShopeePay account for the entire promotion period.
- The promotion is from November 1, 2023, 12:00 a.m. to February 29, 2024, 11:59 p.m. (Thailand time), unless privileges reach the limit before the specific period.

How to register for direct debit via Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking
- Access the Shopee Application and select “Me”
- Select “ShopeePay”
- Select the settings button on the top right corner to enter the ShopeePay Settings
- Select “My Bank Accounts”
- Under ShopeePay Linked Bank Account, select “+ Add New ShopeePay Linked Bank Account”
- Select “Bangkok Bank”
- Enter ShopeePay’s 6-digit payment passcode
- The system will redirect you to Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking
- Enter your 6-digit Mobile PIN
- Read the terms and conditions and select “Accept”
- Select the account for direct debit registration and select “Next”
- Check the registration details and select “Confirm”
- Registration for direct debit is successful and you can start using it in the Shopee Application right away
