Banpu Public Company Limited (“BANPU” or the “Issuer”), an international versatile energy provider, will issue Unsubordinated and Unsecured Debentures with Debentureholders’ Representative No. 1/2024 (the “Debentures”)


The Debentures were assigned a credit rating of “A+" outlook "Stable" by TRIS Rating Co., Ltd. as of March 8, 2024.

The offering price per unit is 1,000 baht with the minimum subscription amount of 100,000 baht and subsequent multiples of 100,000 baht for Retail Investors (including Institutional Investors who are natural person).
