Additional Privacy Notice for collection, use or disclosure of Face Data from use of services through applications of the Bank
The Bank intends to notify you of details on collection, use and disclosure of your Face Data received or to be received from use of services through applications of the Bank in addition to the Privacy Notice as follows:
1. Your Face Data that the Bank may collect, use and disclose
Face Data which the Bank may collect, use or disclose are photograph and facial recognition.
2. Purposes for collection, use and disclosure of Face Data
To provide services through applications of the Bank, the Bank may collect, use and disclose your Face Data for the purpose of identifying and verifying your identity in accordance with the Know Your Customer procedure of the Bank, verifying your information and auditing such verification as required by law and the Bank, and applying for use of service, accessing or processing your transactions through applications of the Bank.
3. Technology the Bank may use as part of service provisions
The Bank may use technologies available in your electronic devices for the purpose of verifying the Liveness Detection and identifying and verifying your identity for your use of services through applications of the Bank.
4. Retention of Face Data and retention period for collection of your Face Data
The Bank will retain your Face Data in accordance with security measure for Personal Data as required by law and the Bank will collect your Face Data from the day you start using applications of the Bank, and for another 10 years from the cessation date of the use or provision of services through applications of the Bank or any period to be retained for other purposes as specified in the Privacy Notice. The Bank may have to continue the retention of your Face Data where required by law or by reason of technical limitation.
Other details apart from the above specified shall be as stated in the Privacy Notice.
