(Qa) Bangkok Bank donates money to the National Blood Centre of the Thai Red Cross Society for the 15th year and invites "Bualuang Volunteers" team to do good deeds on "World Blood Donor Day 2026"
(Qa) Power of Giving – Bangkok Bank Executive Vice President, Consumer Banking Ms. Pochanee Kongkalai, Vice President and Public Relations Department Manager Mr. Aphiwat Punnopakorn, Vice President, Regional Manager of Region 1 – Metropolitan Ms. Tassawan Chansai and Vice President, Public Relations Department Mr. Suwit Indrachalerm, presented a donation of 100,000 baht to support the production of commemorative T-shirts for “World Blood Donor Day”. This marks the 15th consecutive year of the Bank’s support. This year, the National Blood Centre of the Thai Red Cross Society has created a special collection under the theme “World Blood Donor Day 14th June,” to be given to individuals who donate blood during World Blood Donor Day Week from June 8–14, 2026. The donation was received by Assistant Director of Blood Procurement and Corporate Image Ms. Piyanan Kumkrong and Donor Recruitment and Corporate Communication Department Manager Miss Kaweewat Kunapat of The National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society. "Bualuang Volunteers" will help give away commemorative T-shirts, facilitate and guide blood donation procedures to people who donate blood at the National Blood Centre of the Thai Red Cross Society on Henry Dunant Road, Bangkok.
Bangkok Bank as a “trusted partner and reliable close friend” has continuously supported the National Blood Centre of the Thai Red Cross Society since 1996. To date, the Bank has contributed more than 40,475,650 cc of blood to the national blood supply (as of April 30, 2026). In 2026, the Bank has expanded its support by organizing 22 mobile blood donation units across its nationwide branch network under the campaign “Bangkok Bank Blood Donation to Save Lives Nationwide”, making it more convenient for customers, the public, partners, and employees to regularly donate blood every three months.
