• Recommend fundraising strategy for the debt capital market and debt instruments that are appropriate to an issuer’s fundraising objectives and financial structure.
• Provide a credit rating advisory service and coordinate with credit rating agencies to support the issuer throughout the process.
• Prepare with the issuer’s legal advisor related documents and perform any required activities to comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Arrange a marketing strategy, including roadshows and presentations to investors, as well as advertisement in various media.
• Manage the placement and subscription process.
• Coordinate with relevant parties involved in the offering of debt instruments i.e. The Securities and Exchange Commission, The Ministry of Finance, The Thai Bond Market Association, and the registrars.
