System Maintenance Notification
To enhance service efficiency, Bangkok Bank will conduct system maintenance on Sunday, October 18, 2026. Some services will be temporarily unavailable during the time as indicated below:

From 02:00 a.m. to 09:00 a.m.

• Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking

From 03:00 a.m. to 07:00 a.m.

• All transactions via Bangkok Bank electronic channels
• Banking Agent
• Bangkok Bank Credit Card, Debit Card and Prepaid Card holders will temporarily be unable to withdraw cash or make funds transfers via ATMs of any bank both domestically and internationally.
• Bangkok Bank Credit Card, Debit Card, and Travel Card holders will temporarily be unable to use their cards to make payments for goods and services through EDC machines of any bank in Thailand and overseas.
• Funds Transfers from domestic and international banks to PromptPay numbers linked to Bangkok Bank accounts will be temporarily unavailable.
• Funds Transfers, Deposits from other banks to Bangkok Bank accounts
• Payments for goods and services to Bangkok Bank Merchants
