- Print out e-form for authorized director to sign with the company’s seal (if any).
- If the e-form has more than one page the authorized director will need to sign all pages with the company’s seal (if any).
- Submit the completed e-form with documentation to Bangkok Bank Cambodia branch for the next stage of processing.
